Students
- Review the UCI Emergency Procedures Chart (aka "Red Flip Chart").
- If you live on campus, have a copy of the chart posted in your dorm room or apartment.
- Know what to do in case of an emergency on campus.
- Know the location of emergency blue light phones.
- Know evacuation routes and the pre-designated assembly areas of the buildings you are in most frequently.
- Sign up to receive zotALERT text messages.
- Work with your family to develop a Family Emergency Plan.
- Have an emergency kit at home and in your car.
